A very clean and relaxing stay. The staff was wonderful and helpful and the hotel, room, and facility were very clean. Breakfast every morning was a great start to every day and the bed provided a very comfortable sleep. It had everything I needed and more to stay away from home for a few days.

We were grateful we had a reservation here yesterday! Because of several accidents on Hwy. 84 it was backed up for miles. The freeway was closed for 4 hours. Although slow, we got off on the exit and straight to our hotel where we had a room waiting for us! It’s right next to a Hospital. Didn’t hear anything there but did hear the freeway. We haven’t had such a nice room. We were grateful to be able to rest. When we were able we went out for dinner. Plenty of places nearby, including Winco which is .03 miles away. I felt like this hotel was really well run!! When I asked why we got such a nice room, the desk clerk said, “You’re a Silver Elite Member and we like to take care of our own!” After 5 days on the road and several different hotels, it felt nice to be valued!

We enjoyed our stay and really loved the breakfast in the morning. The menu changed every day during our three day stay and my daughter loved the cinnamon roles and juice selection. The room was clean and the air conditioning was easy to operate. We also like the location because it was was close to shopping and entertainment.

One of the worst hotels I have ever had to experience. The staff here have no hospitality or care for guests. I was told my reservation was not on file? I then came back 3 hours later and they were able to "find my reservation". I then was told I would have a $100 deposit taken off my card for my stay they withdrew $120 and have been denying the amount withdrawn even though It is very clear how much was taken out of my bank account via bank statement. The management is rude and deny everything and on top of it all my shower was not even clean!!! There was yellow soap scum all over my shower wall either from the guest before me or from not being fully cleaned! I will never be staying here ever again.

The entire hotel from the parking lot to the lobby to the elevator to the room and bathroom were all very clean. The beds were comfortable and everything smelled very clean and new. Happy that we found this place.

The staff was pleasant, friendly and professional from checkin to checkout - front desk, cleaning and breakfast. The room was clean and orderly. The breakfast offered one of my favorites, biscuits and gravy, and had a variety of other options that I enjoyed.
